PAWVA is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.
Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipping.
Delivery

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once your order is transferred to the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@pawva.com.au within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist.
International Orders

At this time, PAWVA primarily ships within Australia. International orders may be accepted but could be subject to additional shipping costs, customs fees, duties, or taxes payable by the customer.
Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
